A tiring, boring, slacking ...... day

Yesterday was the last day of the semester.

I wished it was fun.

But it disappointed me like the Sec 1 camp, although not that much.
At the start of the day, it was very interesting, maybe the best lesson we had with Mr. Quek.

He seemed to become our physics teacher. He talked about Einstein's theory and bla bla bla.
He also talked about 'anti-matter' which I could not understand. It is the opposite of matter, I know, but what is it?

He said a scientific fact could be broken.
Newton's law that time can never change was broken after TWO HUNDRED years by Albert Einstein.

Einstein proved that time could change on a special condition, that is, to travel at a speed near or equal to the speed of light.

It seemed quite unbelievable.
If you travel at the speed of light, you could travel into the future like a time machine. You may even travel to the doomsday of earth.

Time will seem to freeze. Time will goes on normally for you, but you will see the earth spinning super fast and the time on earth on earth is passing super fast.

When you step on earth again, it may be a few billions years later.

Simply amazing. Time travel!!!

Can you believe it?

Another amazing thing is the black hole. When you are about to be sucked in, time will freeze.
You may seem to see the end of the world.

Someone, I think Tian Hao, said it would be fun.
Mr. Quek then asked him to go and take a look. LOL

But that is one bad thing about traveling on the speed of light. You can never go back in time.

Also, it is impossible at the moment. No energy is great enough to propel us at that speed.

But that is one way to make us go back in time. Mr. Quek said if you can make earth move on the speed of light and you stay outside earth, you can actually go back in time. But that is even more impossible to happen.

Soon, the interesting lesson ended. After recess, we went for our EOTA (End Of Term Activity).

For, we iSpark Sec 1s, ours were the most boring. The tree-top walk at macritchie( I dunno how to spell sorry). You know what, I found out from some ProED people and found out that their EOTA was a hundred times more fun than ours. Ice Skating! So fun sia.

I went there once and know that it would be dam tiring and boring.
But later I found out that it was not as tiring as I went last time. Maybe it was because they chose the shortest route.

...But, Joseph Kang, from 1L could not take it, so pathetic.
After we made it up a small slope, I heard him talking to Miss Gwee, " I cannot walk anymore. "

Actually the slope was QUITE tiring. I slanted uphill at a degree of about 45 degrees.
It made quite an effort to make it to the top. At one time, I thought Ernest was going to fall down. Immediately I tried to push him. But my action made him nearly fall down.

Wonder what will happen if he really fell...

My apologies here Ernest... Sorry, sorry, sorry.

When we crossed te bridge, it was as fun as i went here the last time. We kept stopping because of Seng Peing. He is afraid of heights I think. Any minor shaking of the bridge would make him stop walking in fear, making everyone grumble, Hong Wei the loudest.

Soon we crossed the bridge and there was a never ending flight of stairs and even I was a little exhausted over there.

The stairs really never seemed to end. Ernest also exclaimed that.

In the end, I used all my energy and chiong passed Yong Quan, Eugene Wei Xiang... and... finally... reached... the top... only to find more stairs going downwards. WTF.

My buddy Sze Yuan is always lagging behind... aiya

The rest was just simply walking and I do not wish to talk about to talk about it anymore.

At two thirty, I went for NPCC Training. The training was chao slack. We did about nothing except falling in, pumping and sitting down do nothing.

One of then cadets, Jun Xian, had a very gay yet funny look. He could play around with his eyebrows easily. He made me laugh until I had stomachache.

Soon, we could go home.

Holidays at last!!!!
