A good Deed
Last Friday, we got back our math test results. I was depressed! I only got a B3!
I was very, very sad.
But to my surprise, someone was even in a better mood than me.
The person was no other than Yi Chao. Yi Chao, if you are reading this, have you felt better?
Never mind, Yi Chao could not control his anger that day and offended many of our classmates and our teacher.I don't understand why.
He got an A1! He told me he was angry because many people did better than him and his score was below average.
I tried to calm him down, but to no avail.
I cracked my brain to think of a solution.
Finally, I got an idea that may work. I thought of his favourite action- stamping. Ya, he does not dare to stamp during lessons. You are very considerate, Yi Chao, thats good.
So, I thought about it and after class when nearly everyone had left, I told him, "If you are angry, just stamp.you can vent your anger this way. " Thus, I stamped with him and we started a 'stamping parade'. I realised even I myself felt better after that.
When Yi Chao left, he also looked more cheerful. I had a sense of satisfactory.
I made him cheered up! I also cheered up myself. This is 'yi4 ju3 liang3 de2' in mandarin.
So, a message to people who are reading this blog: if you are feeling down, do something to vent your anger, don't keep it to yourself or vent it on other people.
Both Yi Chao and I commited this mistake.
I tried to keep it to myself and nearly cried(embarrassed now), while Yi Chao vented it on others.
Our similar way of venting anger was to stamp feet. So fun!
